Service from drop off to pick up was way faster than expected. I had two cars worked on. One for water pump and belt replacement and both needed brakes/rotors. Dropped of about 5pm the next day one was done. Second day at 1pm the other was done. Best experience I’ve ever had!!!!

The people at Express Auto Service are always friendly and approachable! They are great at explaining what is needed for your vehicle and then allowing you to make the final decisions on the care of your car. With Express, I don't feel pressured to spend money on service to my car just because. The prices are also very reasonable and helps when you are on a limited budget.

Great Service! Had CV joints replaced on my Audi. Several months after the boot on the joints busted open. These guys scheduled me a day to drop my car off, and because it was still under their warranty they replaced them that day for free and I was able to pick the car up at the end of the day! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I truly can’t say enough awesome things about Express Auto Service on route 1. I’ve been going there for many years with various cars but today was just exceptionally convenient and fast.
They open at 8am so I got there 20 minutes early and was second in line. I was fully prepared to stand and wait but they called us right in to get started before they even open and I was out in under 30 minutes for an oil change and inspection. They have amazing customer service every single time, a nice waiting room with snacks/drinks, and I’ve never had to wait longer than an hour for any service.
10/10 recommend giving them a shot next time you need quick car service, just get there a little early. 🚗

I have been a customer for several years. I'm generally very mistrustful of car repair places. I feel comfortable having them as my car service provider.
First, every single person you encounter is friendly and professional.
They don't make you wait forever. Every time I go there, whether for a repair, or inspection, they provide service without a long wait. Even if I show up with no appointment.
They're fair on inspections. They don't "find" things wrong with your car unless there really is something wrong.
As far as repairs, I wouldn't say their prices are cheap, but they're reasonable and fair. They're not out to cheat anybody.
And when they repair your car, they do a good job.
I highly recommend this business.

Just getting emissions done, but the staff greeted me warmly. I was given a fairly accurate waiting time. Free refrigerated water was offered to me while I waited. Overall great experience, with the emissions staff member wishing me a great drive and a great day as I left. Well done!
